Willans Caterham 4 Point Track Day Quick Adjuster Harness
Willans Caterham 4-point Road and FIA Harness NEW: FIA approved to FIA 8853-2016 for road and competition use. This new harness has been specifically developed for Caterham cars. It features brand new patented aluminium lap adjusters that clip directly into the composite rotary buckle. This enables the maximum adjustment of the length of the lap straps and ensures they can be tightened fully with absolute ease. This has solved the issue that Caterham owners traditionally have with normal harness adjusters that can be harder to adjust in some circumstances. Willans aluminium adjusters to the shoulder straps are also a standard feature on this top of the range Caterham harness.
The rotary buckle is permanently fixed to either left hand or right hand lap strap to ensure when unlocked the release mechanism falls to the centre of the vehicle; please specify using the dropdowns when ordering. Patented lightweight composite rotary buckle finished in satin black with a black Willans badge as standard; the badge (not the buckle) can be upgraded to signature red or blue. Bolt-in shoulder and lap straps with a hole diameter of 5/8" (15mm) inches using 7/16" UNF bolts are utilised (bolts not supplied).
Stitched loop shoulder straps are available for use with dog-bone fittings in Caterham race cars. Various diameters of loop are available but please remember the ends of the dog-bone need to pass through the loop when measuring. Shoulder straps are all 3 inch (75mm) wide. Lap straps have the option of 2 inch (50mm) or 3 inch (75mm).
Signature range includes additional colours and the option of the historic Willans label if required. Stitching thread is self-colour (same as harness colour) unless upgraded to a signature colour using the dropdowns on the page. Shoulder pads are available in black, blue or red only with modern or historic labels.
All straps are fully adjustable. Superb Willans quality throughout. Manufactured in the UK. A free safety hammer is included with every order.

The Composite Harness Buckle is supplied in a satin black finish with a black Willans Badge in the centre as standard. The badge (not the buckle) can be upgraded to Signature Red or Blue as an option (please use dropdown to select option required).
Webbing Colour Options
Webbing can be supplied in a range of colours for this harness. Standard Colours are Willans Blue, Black and Red. Signature Colours are Orange, Yellow, White, Silver/Grey and British Racing Green (please use dropdown to select colour required).
Thread Colour Options
The Thread used to manufacture this harness can be supplied in a range of colours. Standard is Self-Colour (same colour as harness ordered) Signature Colours are Willans Blue, White, Silver, Black, Red, Orange, Pink, British Racing Green or Yellow (please use dropdown to select colour required).
Willans Label Options
Two styles of labels are available for this harness. The Modern version, and the recently reintroduced Historic version that gives a more period look to Classic Vehicles (please use dropdown to select the style required). These different labels can also be specified on the range of Harness Pads offered.
Willans Harness Pads
Three Inch Harness pads are available for this harness. Colours: Blue, Black, or Red. Available with the Modern Willans Label or the Historic version (please use dropdown to select colour and labels required).
Webbing Cutter and Safety Hammer
We supply free of charge this Webbing Cutter and Safety Hammer. One supplied per order.
7/16″ UNF Stress Plates
Steel Stress Plates with captive 7/16″ UNF nut to create suitable mounting point for Willans Harnesses. Supplied in pairs and available in standard or FIA approved versions (please use dropdown to select if required).
