This new, aggressively styled seat features a similar profile to Cobra's technically advanced race seats but minimises the compromises normally associated when fitting race seats to a regularly used road car. The side and shoulder bolsters offer great levels of body support but allow easy entry and exit and the base profile allows the seat to be mounted very low in the car if that is your favoured driving position.

This new Ebisu Edition is named after the Ebisu Circuit in Japan, and features red nylon trim all over, with red stitching and red embroidered Cobra logo.

Designed to be used with a standard lap and diagonal seatbelt without modifications. Harness slots also allow for a 4 or 6 point harness if you venture out onto track at the weekend. Please note there is an additional crutch strap harness slot in the base of the seat accessable through the gap between the knee and base cushion.

The Nogaro has been designed from a clean sheet of paper to appeal to owners of a wide variety of sports, classic and GT cars. Although it is built to Cobra's exacting motorsport standards, this is a seat that is designed to be as much at home on the school run as it is on the Nordschleife. Despite being very supportive, the design has also been carefully balanced to ensure long distance touring comfort and easy entry and exit.

To this end, the seat shell has been carefully sculpted to hold the shoulders and hips, but with lower profile side bolsters on the base to allow quick and easy entry.

Side Mounts

These seats can be side mounted, which means they have threaded holes for mounting on the sides of the seat - 2 on each side. To fit them you will need a pair of Side Mount brackets for each seat, we have several versions from Cobra available which you can select in the dropdown box above.

Logo Type

The Ebisu edition is available with two types of the embroidered Cobra logo. The standard version is red, on the backrest. Alternatively the logo is available in a larger white version, on the headrest. Select using the dropdown box above.

As an optional extra, seat heaters can be installed. They are pre-fitted in the seat, and come with everything you need to install them in your vehicle - wiring, a relay, switch, and drilling template. Installation is easy, and just involves connecting to a 12V supply and finding a location to mount the switch (the example image above shows the switch mounted in original equipment interior plastic). An instruction manual is provided and can be viewed online here. Please note that it is not designed to integrate with the original equipment wiring.

This Cobra Nogaro Clubsport Ebisu Edition Seat can be fitted by a competent enthusiast or at a professional workshop.
